ERP Implementation & System Integration o Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation across departments. o Work closely with key department heads to ensure ERP modules are configured to meet departmental needs. o Ensure data accuracy and consistency during ERP setup, including mapping processes to system functionalities. o Assist in system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support. 2. Data Accuracy & Integrity o Ensure that all ERP data is entered correctly and systematically aligned with business processes. o Perform regular audits on ERP data entries, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity across all functions. 3. Reporting & Feedback to Directors o Prepare regular ERP status reports, highlighting system issues, updates, and departmental integration. o Share progress updates with the Directors, showcasing ERP performance and data accuracy, and any roadblocks. o Provide weekly/monthly dashboards with detailed analysis of ERP usage, system errors, and performance improvements. o Highlight areas for process optimization and system enhancements to improve overall business operations. 4. Training & User Support o Conduct training sessions for staff across departments, ensuring effective use of the ERP system. o Offer support for end-users, resolving system issues and troubleshooting. o Act as the point of contact for any ERP-related queries and ensure smooth user adoption. 5. ERP System Audits & Process Improvement o Conduct periodic audits of ERP usage and user access to ensure compliance with company processes. o Ensure the system meets business needs through regular reviews and feedback collection. o Work on continual improvement of system functionalities and recommend updates or system patches when necessary. 6.
