Job Overview:The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring the dispatch of goods or services, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication between drivers, customers, and the operations team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assign suitable loads to trucks, ensuring efficiency and optimal routes.
• Make initial calls to stay updated on freight market trends.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Create delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
• Manage sudden route changes or road issues, assisting drivers in finding alternate routes.
• Ensure drivers have all necessary paperwork and load details to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain courteous interactions with drivers, colleagues, and customers to nurture strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the US area
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsible for delivering high-quality services.
• The ability to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
