Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kochi. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee development, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and motivation. The role also requires collaborating with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in employee training, professional development, and performance management.
• Familiarity with payroll processing, labor law compliance, and HR operational policies.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, along with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications are an advantage).
• Prior experience in retail or manufacturing industries is a plus.
