Job Summary:

Formost International is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to lead the company’s financial operations and supervise the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Excel, payroll processing, and hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the accounts department.
• Handle payroll processing, including attendance, salary computation, and statutory compliance (ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and budget forecasts.
• Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings; ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, cash flow records, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports using SAP/ERP software and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments for smooth financial functioning.
• Key Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge of Payroll systems and statutory compliance
• Experience with SAP / Tally / ERP software
• Leadership skills with team supervision experience
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Certification in SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized
