Job Opening: Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management at our Kochi - Edapally location. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, skilled in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Location & Salary

• Location: Kochi - Edapally
• Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on proven experience and qualification)

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Foster positive employee engagement and maintain a strong organizational culture.
• Performance Management:
• Administer the company's performance appraisal system and help managers with performance improvement plans.
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure the organization's HR practices comply with all local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Assist in the management of payroll inputs, leaves, and basic employee benefits administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive (experience level relevant to the salary bracket).
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
