Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 sales staff, fostering a high-performance, results-driven environment.

* Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the e-commerce landscape to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

* Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and conversion rates.

* Training & Development: Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

* Culture & Morale: Maintain a supportive, energetic, and positive team attitude, ensuring staff are motivated and engaged.

What You Bring:

* Proven experience in a Sales Management role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

* A demonstrated capacity to effectively manage large teams (20+ staff) and drive collective results.

* A high-energy, proactive, and exceptionally smart approach to problem-solving and business challenges.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
