Finplan Edu is inviting applications for the position of Manager – HR.
We are looking for a mature, stable, and professional lady who can take ownership of HR functions and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve employee grievances with fairness and discretion
• Ensure organizational culture and values are upheld across teams
• Oversee employee relations and engagement activities
• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business goals
• Conduct performance management processes effectively
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• A poised, professional, and people-oriented leader
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to balance empathy with organizational priorities
Location: Thane , Mumbai (Work From Office)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
