Job Description

As an HR Manager in our organization, your primary responsibilities will include: - **Recruitment & Staffing:** - Handling end-to-end recruitment for faculty, administrative, and support staff. - Coordinating with department heads to assess manpower needs. - Conducting interviews, finalizing offers, and completing onboarding documentation. - Maintaining an updated employee database and ensuring timely renewal of contracts. - Managing statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and other related requirements. - **Employee Relations & Discipline:** - Promoting a positive work environment and addressing grievances effectively. - Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, attendance, and code of conduct. - Handling disciplinary actions and documentation when required. - **Performance Management:** - Implementing and monitoring staff performance appraisal systems. - Coordinating with management to identify top performers and initiate reward programs. - Supporting management decisions with performance-related data and analysis. - **Training & Development:** - Identifying training needs and coordinating faculty/staff development programs. - Conducting induction and orientation programs for new employees. - Encouraging skill development and inter-branch knowledge sharing. - **Student Placement Coordination:** - Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, logistics firms, airlines, and other industry partners for student placements. - Coordinating student placement drives, internship programs, and following up on employment opportunities. - Maintaining placement data and ensuring regular reporting to management. - **Branch Audits & HR Operations:** - Traveling to other branches for HR audits, staff reviews, and policy enforcement. - Ensuring consistent HR practices across all locations. - Collecting and verifying branch-level attendance, leave data, and operational compliance. - **HR Administration & Reporting:** - Supporting management in policy updates and organizational planning. - Ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of all HR-related files. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an educational or service sector organization. - Experience in student placement coordination will be an added advantage. **Key Skills:** - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities. - High sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and integrity. - Willingness to travel to branches for HR and placement audits.
