Job Description

As a Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for various aspects of talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational growth strategies. - Identify manpower requirements across different departments and coordinate with department heads to source, screen, and onboard suitable candidates. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring, including designers, merchandisers, sales staff, and interns. - Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture, including regular feedback sessions, team-building initiatives, and performance reviews. - Coordinate workshops, skill-development programs, and orientation sessions to encourage upskilling in fashion trends, client handling, and retail management. - Handle employee grievances with professionalism, ensuring smooth conflict resolution and fostering open communication to promote a healthy work environment. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace. - Ensure compliance with attendance management, leave policies, and code of conduct enforcement, while also drafting and implementing HR policies in line with labor laws and company standards. - Support management in scaling operations by creating effective HR frameworks and developing strategies to enhance productivity, employee satisfaction, and retention. - Align HR functions with overall organizational goals to contribute to the company's growth and success. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR management, with a preference for experience in the fashion, design, or retail sector. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
