About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Manager to manage key human resource functions and help shape a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people, organizational growth, and creating an engaging employee experience. As an HR Manager, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth operations and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to draft accurate job descriptions and meet hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Organize team-building activities, cultural events, and workplace programs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support performance goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
• Encourage learning and development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee payroll processing and address employee queries on salary, benefits, and leave.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance documentation accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant internships are encouraged).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
