This role blends digital strategy with light client interaction and communication, making it a great fit for someone who’s both tech-savvy and people-friendly. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales team to manage campaigns, handle inbound queries, and assist in building a strong online reputation for our services. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage social media posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Create basic content ideas (post captions, reels, creative outlines) and coordinate design needs. Track and report on digital campaign performance regularly. Assist in sending promotional emails and bulk WhatsApp messages. Conduct basic follow-up calls to warm leads or incoming inquiries from digital campaigns. Engage with prospective clients by responding to comments, messages, and basic queries. Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies. Update website content and listings with support from the tech/design team. Perform basic competitor research and keyword exploration to support SEO. Maintain a content calendar and help execute campaign timelines smoothly. Eligibility Criteria: 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media handling. Graduate in any field (preference for Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT). Proficiency in tools like Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, Mailchimp, etc.). Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Confident in handling client follow-ups, basic calling, and communication.
