HR Manager

As an experienced HR professional with over 5 years of experience and an MBA in HR, you will be responsible for recruitment and maintaining the quality system within the HR department. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and fulfilling staffing requisitions from various departments, updating and drafting HR-related documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, and performance appraisal forms. You will be in charge of sourcing candidates through recruitment agencies and online job advertisements, as well as screening them through resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with relevant departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting background verification of shortlisted candidates and issuing Letters of Offer/Intent/Employment to selected candidates. Maintaining employee leave, medical, and attendance records will be a crucial part of your role, including monitoring attendance/absenteeism and reporting to the Operations Manager. You will also review, update, and maintain filing systems for employee medical insurance policies and conduct orientation programs for new employees. In addition, you will be required to set up/update/forward email addresses for both new and resigned employees, as well as address and resolve employees" grievances related to work engagement levels by implementing appropriate corrective measures.
