Designation: HR Manager / HR Executive

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or HR & Marketing

Location: Chandigarh

Industry: Wealth Management / Financial Services


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The role involves handling the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR operations. This position is ideal for an MBA–HR fresher or a professional with up to 3 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and internal networks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Manage complete onboarding process, including offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.

• Coordinate background verification (BGV) and maintain employee records.

• Conduct induction sessions for new joiners.

• Handle offboarding formalities, including resignation processing, exit interviews, and final documentation.

HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR databases.

• Draft and manage HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.

• Ensure data accuracy in HRMS / HR portals.

Performance Management

• Support the implementation and execution of performance management systems (PMS).

• Coordinate appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and goal-setting processes.

• Maintain performance records and assist management with performance-related reports.

Payroll Coordination

• Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts team for monthly payroll processing.

• Ensure timely sharing of attendance, leave, incentives, and salary inputs.

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll structure.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.

• Support initiatives related to employee motivation, recognition, and retention.

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.

CSR & Event Coordination

• Coordinate CSR activities in alignment with company objectives.

• Organize internal events, training sessions, workshops, and offsite activities.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for event execution.

Statutory Compliance & HR Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.

• Maintain records related to compliance requirements.

• Assist in audits and compliance documentation as required.


Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR fundamentals and labor laws.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS platforms.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership.
