Ecoclad Buildsys, a growing Construction and Design company in Punjab Region, is looking to employ an HR and Admin. Executive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment hiring, settling in, retaining and exit process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Communicating with office and site staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information both in office and on site, in electronic and digital format.
  • Manage LinkedIn and other social media sites for the company.
  • Administration responsibilities will include managing and organizing housekeeping staff within the office and ensuring their efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR preferably in a Construction / Design consultancy.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to help the company formulate their HR Policies and make necessary amendments from time to time.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
