Job Description

As an HR Manager with up to 0-2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient office operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. Your responsibilities will encompass both HR and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions. - Handle employee queries and HR documentation. - Manage day-to-day office operations and facility requirements. - Coordinate with vendors and handle office supplies. - Support in organizing company meetings and events. - Maintain administrative files, reports, and expense logs. - Ensure smooth communication across departments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, IT Field, Business Administration, or related field. - 02 years of experience in HR and/or admin roles. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
