Job description Job description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Technical Leader with over 5 years of industry experience in leading cross-functional technical teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of modern technologies including Angular or React (JavaScript), Python (AI/ML), Java or ASP.NET, and Blockchain . You should also bring in-depth expertise in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines to drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software projects across diverse technology stacks. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Manage Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and enforce Agile best practices. Guide the team on architecture, design patterns, and technology decisions. Oversee development in modern frameworks like Angular, React, and back-end platforms such as Python, Java, or ASP.NET. Ensure robust implementation of AI/ML models, where applicable, in collaboration with data science teams. Lead integration efforts for Blockchain technologies into enterprise applications (if required). Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Ensure high-quality code and adherence to security and performance standards. Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development and technical project leadership. Proficient in one or more front-end frameworks : Angular, React. Strong experience in back-end technologies : Python (preferably with AI/ML exposure), Java, or ASP.NET. Working knowledge or exposure to Blockchain technologies is a strong plus. Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). Deep understanding of Agile methodology , Scrum framework, and DevOps culture. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing distributed teams and remote collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Prior experience in customer-facing roles or client management.
