HR Manager

HR Operations:Responsible for managing the life cycle of 120 + employees of Pan India locations.

Manpower Management:Optimally schedule manpower across Pan India, responsible for the recruitment of Pan India along with reviewing and monitoring the overall manpower issues in conjunction with the operations team.

Talent Acquisition & Mgmt.: Responsible for ensuring availability of right talent across multiple functions, shortlist, screen, Interview, salary negotiation, and On-board candidates through HRMS portal across Pan India level.

Payroll:Responsible for preparing payroll of 120 + employees (Pan India) on a monthly basis in stipulated timeline and processing ahead with accounts department for final check and payments.

Employee Engagement:Plan & execute various employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, events.

Performance Management:Initiating Performance Appraisal Process of employees along with their reporting manager, handling confirmations reviews and taking care of Performance rating as per their mid-year /annual reviews.

Audit:Handling Auditors and their queries, arranging documents/reports as per requirement of Auditors. ISO Audit & Mid-Year Internal Audit.

Statutory Compliance: Managing compliance monthly. Verifying & Approving all PF requests on PF portal digitally. Preparing monthly PF data and sending vendors for further issuing challans.

Exit Mgmt.:Responsible for managing employee exit process across Pan India, preparing final settlement of employees in given TAT, managing employee separation requests, employee terminations/ mutual separations. Undertake exit/stay discussions, dues clearance and other procedural activities.

Conflict Management:-Manage the conflict of employees regarding Salary, Work Environment, issues with colleagues etc
