Job Description

You are an experienced HR Manager responsible for leading recruitment, HR operations, policy setup, and administrative functions. Your role involves building HR systems from scratch, supporting company growth, and ensuring seamless office operations. Your key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing general administration and office management, as well as supporting employee engagement, grievance handling, and appraisals. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of HR experience, including team management. A strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, along with prior experience in policy creation and admin management.
