Job Description

As a high-energy HR Lead at Zillwork, you will play a crucial role in building the team, culture, and core operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles - Building strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels - Screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews efficiently - Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires - Promoting a positive, disciplined, high-performance work culture - Supporting employee engagement, grievance handling, and communication clarity - Maintaining healthy work relationships across all teams - Assisting with performance review coordination and feedback cycles - Managing employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation - Overseeing HR policies, process updates, and basic compliance - Supporting internal communication and company HR announcements - Managing day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination - Handling office supplies, logistics, and basic facility requirements - Coordinating team meetings, travel arrangements, and small internal events - Ensuring smooth administrative support for the management team - Working closely with the founder to understand hiring and people needs - Maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards - Sharing insights on team performance, risks, and improvements To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and basic admin - Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to handle recruitment independently - Good understanding of HR operations and policies - Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities smoothly - High ownership, reliability, and professional maturity - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters - Comfortable working directly with founders/leadership - Experience in hiring for technical roles - Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools - Basic knowledge of labor regulations - Experience managing culture or employee engagement initiatives - Exposure to admin, facilities, or vendor management Join Zillwork to be a part of building the future of work using AI and modern workforce technology.,
