Job Title: HR Lead Location: Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun Company: ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2 + years in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR Lead to join our team and drive our people initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire HR function including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Drive performance appraisal cycles and talent development plans. Create a positive work environment that encourages growth, inclusion, and productivity. Analyze HR metrics to support strategic decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR operations. Prior experience in a leadership or senior HR role. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient with HR software/tools and MS Office Suite.
