Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for building engaging, responsive, and high-performance web applications that align with our clients’ business goals. You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, QA, and project managers to deliver top-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable front-end code.
• Develop responsive web applications that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Use modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular) to build interactive components.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise application performance (load time, rendering, responsiveness).
• Write unit tests, integration tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Continually explore and adopt new front-end technologies, tools and best practices.
• Debug and resolve UI/UX issues across different platforms and devices.
• Document front-end architecture, components and workflows.
• Work within agile/scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years (or as per role level) of proven front-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with one or more modern JS frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, web services integration.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first web development.
• Proven experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Basic understanding of build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to debug and optimise front-end performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A keen eye for design, UI/UX sensitivity and attention to detail.
