Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Intern in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience and be a Post Graduate student with a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with HR documentation, data management, and reporting.
Contribute to employer branding and internal communication.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance organizational performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data.

Job Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Assisting with HR documentation, data management, and reporting.
Contributing to employer branding and internal communication.
Coordinating with teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
