Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities

Mallcom India Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager HR who will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance at the unit level. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters employee engagement, and acts as a vital link between staff, unit leadership, and corporate HR.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Liaise with the TA team to fulfil Unit requirements
• Supervise onboarding and induction programs for seamless integration of new hires

• Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and accountable culture

• Assist managers in setting performance objectives and conducting appraisals
• Monitor performance improvement plans and offer guidance as needed

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies
• Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll, attendance, and leave management, OT tracking etc

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 6 years of HR experience in a unit or plant-level HR role
• Profound understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and organizational policies
• Proven ability to handle intricate employee relations issues with tact and professionalism
