Assistant Manager - Human Resources

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Establishing and reviewing the monthly incentive process - Calculating incentives and ensuring they are paid along with salary for different roles and products - Monitoring existing incentive policies and processes - Periodically reviewing incentive processes and suggesting improvements to enhance Turnaround Time (TAT) - Ensuring timely closure of audit queries and resolution of issues - Coordinating with various functions (Operations, IT, Product, HR, and Business) to collect relevant data - Resolving employee and business queries promptly within the TAT - Overseeing the Staffing Process and managing hiring - Monitoring the onboarding of outsourced (vendor) employees - Managing the cost budget and headcount for the outsourced vendor - Preparing periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports on key incentive outputs and monitoring parameters - Managing day-to-day HR operations and related queries - Integrating various Vendor HR staffing systems - Coordinating with and supporting the HRIT and HR operations team to implement proposed system changes Additionally, as part of the role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and accurate data management, including timely data compilation and storage in easily retrievable formats. Desired attributes for this role include a high proficiency in Excel. The desired experience level for this position is 6 to 7 years. It is essential for candidates to hold a Graduate degree and preferably a Masters or Postgraduate qualification.,
