Job Description

HR Intern for a one-year contractual period

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be actively involved in:

Talent Acquisition

Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Supporting resume screening and initial candidate assessments
Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating candidate status

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

Coordinating pre-joining documentation and background verification
Preparing onboarding kits and welcome communications
Assisting in Day 1 induction and orientation programs
Ensuring smooth transition of new hires into the organization
Managing employee records and HRIS data entry

HR Operations Support

Supporting HR team in daily administrative tasks
Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Helping with compliance and audit documentation
Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

Recent graduate in MBA .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
