Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1) Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP.

2) Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan.

3) Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, campus interviews etc.

4) Conducting competency based interviews either through VC/ Telephone/In-Person interactions.

5) Offer Management including Negotiations, Reference Check, Background Verification and Relationship Management.

6) Budget Management

7) Execute the On-boarding process within the organization - Organization, Functional or Region level as per guidelines received from the Learning & Development.

8) To manage and conduct all Employee Relations procedures with support from HR Operations on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancies, Internal Complaints Committee, conducting Exit interviews, coordinating the employee's exit from the firm and tracking status of full & final settlement.

9) Process owner for all Record Management pertaining to Employee's Personnel Files, Attendance Data, Leave Data, Salary payments etc. during the employee lifecycle for the regions

10) Ensure the compliance for labour laws as well as under the Shops & Establishment Act, as applicable.

11) To review and support Team Administration to manage the key deliverables including Travel, Conveyance Communication, Vehicle Hire, Office Notices & Display Board, Fire Safety & Compliance, Office Repairs & Maintenance, Records Management, Event Management.

12) Maintain Monthly/Annual Recruitment MIS.

13) Perform Employee Welfare Activities - Employee of the Month, Birthday Celebration, Arrangement of meetings.

14) To ensure Health and safety Fire fight, First Aid, Emergency Lights, Training.

15) Employee grievance handling, Workplace Harassment, Discrimination, Nepotism etc.

16) Housekeeping Management - Plant, production, surroundings, dormitory, colony etc.

17) Payroll and biometric - salary, bonus, gratuity and full & final settlement, biometric punching, Generate reports (Daily Attendance, Late coming reports, Employee/ vehicle gate pass report).

Job Requirements :

  • 10-16 years of experience in plant HR or related field in the Rice and Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of factory act, IR (Industrial Relations), labour laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Proven track record in managing complex labour issues such as union negotiations and disputes.
