Job Description:

Position: HR Intern

Location: Saket, New Delhi, India

Employment Type: Internship

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update hiring trackers.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely communication to candidates.
• Handle documentation for offer letters and pre-joining formalities.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.
• Ensure timely communication and implementation of updated policies.
• Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant.
• Support onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with finance/admin teams for HR-related operations.
• Manage and update HRMS or internal systems with accurate employee data.
• Maintain and analyze HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining necessary records.
