About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to onboarding the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.

● Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.

● Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. ● Schedule and follow up on interview feedback promptly.

● Maintain candidate data and track hiring status in HR systems.

● Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation.

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

● Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required. Requirements:

● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.

● Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Positive attitude, strong follow-up, and result-driven mindset.
