Job Title: HR Intern / People & Culture Intern

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in recruitment from sourcing and shortlisting to coordinating interviews.
• Help onboard new hires and make them feel at home from day one.
• Maintain employee records and assist with attendance & leave tracking.
• Support in planning fun Fridays, team activities, and celebrations (we take those seriously).
• Learn how to build culture, not just manage people.
• Assist with policy documentation, training sessions, and HR operations.

• Are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Have great communication skills and a people-first attitude.
• Are detail-oriented, proactive, and love bringing structure to chaos.
• Enjoy team activities, organizing events, and keeping office vibes high.
• Believe HR isn’t about control it’s about connection.

Bonus If You:

• Have handled internships or campus activities before.
• Know how to make Excel sheets look aesthetic.
• Can convince anyone to join a chai break.

Role Details:

• Experience: Freshers / Final-year students welcome
• Internship Duration: 3 months (extendable or convertible to full-time)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (based on skills & energy)
