Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team in India. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting.
Help organize training and development programs for employees.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
