We are expanding our HR team and offering an internship opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process including document verification and induction formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR filing system
• Assist in preparing HR letters, offers, and confirmations.
• Support payroll documentation and leave management processes.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with candidates and employees.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and organized

Schedule:

• Day shift

Salary: 15K to 20K
