Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing and HR Intern to support both our marketing and human resources functions. As part of our software team, you will play a key role in assisting with brand promotion, recruitment, and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both marketing and HR within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Create content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to engage with the target audience
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Help create marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and advertisements
  • Support the team in tracking the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing documentation and coordinating training schedules
  • Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys
  • Assist with performance management tasks, such as scheduling appraisals and maintaining employee records
  • Help track HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities (e.g., filing, updating databases, preparing reports)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and HR practices
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and HR software (HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Creative thinker with strong writing skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in the software/technology industry is a bonus

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month
