Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support in onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Draft HR letters, warning mails, and internal communications.
Manage attendance and payroll data under supervision.
Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities.
Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR documents and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with performance evaluation and feedback tracking.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA/BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
