Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support on-boarding and documentation processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support HR team with daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and internal communication.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
