Job Role: Compliance Intern Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: Fresher Employment Type: Internship Department: Compliance Work Mode: Work from office About the Role: The Compliance Intern will support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in compliance monitoring, research, documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in researching and drafting compliance policies and procedures. Support the monitoring and tracking of compliance training and certifications. Help maintain and organize compliance documentation and records. Assist with compliance risk assessments and audits under supervision. Provide support for compliance reporting and analytics. Collaborate with different departments to gather information related to compliance requirements. Participate in special projects related to regulatory compliance and process improvements. Support troubleshooting and helpdesk functions related to compliance training or documentation. Conduct general research on industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in compliance, legal regulations, and corporate governance. Excellent communication skills.
