Digital marketing sales intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to interested students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video calls to explain course offerings and assist with onboarding.
• Act as the first point of contact for student queries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and run campaigns targeting student communities (colleges, coaching centers, etc.).
• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Generate leads via online channels and follow up to convert them into active learners.
• Collect and analyze feedback from students to improve communication and conversion strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
• Comfortable speaking with students over phone or video calls and resolving doubts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Energetic, empathetic, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup culture.
