Job Description

HR & Recruitment Support

Assist in creating engaging job descriptions, hiring posts, and recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Support HR team with screening resumes and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in onboarding process and preparation of HR documents.

Content Creation & Social Media

Create content for company social media pages related to HR, work culture, hiring updates, and engagement initiatives.
Design creative posts, reels, and stories showcasing employee activities and organizational culture.
Capture photos/videos during internal events and convert them into digital assets.
Write captions, blogs, or articles related to HR topics (motivation, productivity, career growth, learning, etc.)

Employee Engagement

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, internal events, and recognition programs.
Curate content to promote internal culture—quotes, feedback, testimonials, achievements.

Internal Communication

Create internal newsletters, announcements, and employee highlights.
Assist HR in maintaining HR communication channels (WhatsApp groups, Slack, emailers etc.)

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records, attendance, and documentation support.
Create presentation decks, reports, and monthly HR activity summaries.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
