Job Description

HR Intern (3–6 Months Internship)

Location: Hopup India
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Internship Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitments, HR operations, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, calling candidates, scheduling interviews.
Support in onboarding & documentation for new hires.
Help maintain HR records, attendance data, and employee files.
Coordinate for induction programs and training sessions.
Support HR team in day-to-day operations.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Handle basic HR communication with staff and candidates.

Who Can Apply

Freshers or students pursuing HR/Management courses.
Strong communication skills (must).
Good interpersonal & coordination abilities.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
Must be available for 3–6 months.
