About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about learning HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and documentation. You will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help in attendance tracking, leaves management, and other HR operational tasks.
• Provide support during training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
