HR Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, training coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers. Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records. 2. New Joiner Documentation: Assist in collecting and verifying new hire documents. Create and maintain employee files (digital and physical). Support onboarding and induction processes. 3. Attendance Management: Monitor and update daily attendance records. Report absenteeism and discrepancies to HR Manager. Support payroll with attendance summaries if needed. 4. ID Card Creation: Gather necessary information and photographs from new joiners. Design and print employee ID cards. Maintain records of issued ID cards and replacements. 5. Training & Development: Assist in planning and coordinating internal training sessions. Maintain training records and feedback. Support HR team in tracking employee development initiatives. 6. General HR Operations: Support daily administrative tasks. Help in organizing employee engagement activities. Assist in internal communication and HR projects.
