HR Internship- Medivision

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our team in sourcing and engaging qualified professionals .The role involves assisting with candidate sourcing,screening,job posting and interview coordination.You will maintain recruitment trackers and work closely with seniour executives throughout the hiring process. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in healthcare recuitment and HR. Freshers with good communication skill and interesting talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Duration: 2-4 Months

Stipend:unpaid

Mode: Onsite(Full time/partime)

Eligibility: Freshers & Current college students(MBA/BBA/HR/Related fields)

Preferred: Female candidates

Each department is headed by Doctors and Technical heads who are specialists in the respective areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HRMS data updates.
• Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities, events, birthday lists, etc.
• Help prepare HR-related reports, letters, and presentations.
• Assist in drafting HR communications, notices, and emails.
• Participate in the payroll support process by collecting attendance and verifying data.
• Provide support in policy implementation and compliance-related tasks.
• Handle day-to-day queries from employees and provide timely support.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
