HR Intern

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions while supporting ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and personnel files.
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction programs.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Help in drafting HR-related communication, letters, and memos.
• Conduct preliminary research for HR projects and policy development.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team for daily operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
