Fair Future Overseas Educational Consultancy is looking for a Team Lead – Visa Applications to oversee and manage student visa applications for all destination countries . 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the visa processing team across all offices Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of student visa applications Handle escalations and complex cases for countries like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe Liaise with embassies, VFS, and students to track and manage visa outcomes Regularly update the team with policy changes and best practices Maintain high standards of service, documentation, and communication ✅ Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student visa processing Strong knowledge of multiple destination country visa procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes under deadlines Experience in handling escalations or training junior staff is a plus 💼 What We Offer: A leadership role in one of Kerala’s fastest-growing educational consultancies Supportive and ambitious work culture Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunities to grow with a well-respected brand in international education Show more Show less
