Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an HR Intern, located in Pune. The HR Intern will support various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Daily tasks include assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and participating in HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus
