HR Intern

You will join the HR department at Hex Wireless Pvt Ltd as an Intern based in Vadodara, India. Your main focus will be to assist in day-to-day tasks and contribute to enhancing the team working on Power SMPP, a carrier-neutral wholesale and retail SMS hubbing platform. This role requires a personable individual with strong customer service, written and oral communication skills. You should be willing to learn, share knowledge, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email is essential. Additionally, you will develop knowledge of HR laws and regulations, stay updated on industry developments, and cultivate interpersonal, negotiating, and public speaking skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage Pre-Employment Processes - Assist in HR audits - Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing - Handle background checks and save results - Prepare and send out offer letters - Organize meetings and travel arrangements - Proofread HR documents - Post new positions on job portals - Log incoming resumes and track applicants - Conduct initial discussions with candidates - Schedule and confirm interviews - Assist in organizing company events and career days **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or post-graduate with HR specialization like BSW, MSW, etc. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Exceptional written and oral communication skills - Ability to learn and acquire new knowledge - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email - Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations - Strong team player with time management skills This internship opportunity at Hex Wireless Pvt Ltd will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in HR administration and the chance to contribute to the success of the team working on Power SMPP.,
