Job Description

Hex Wireless Pvt Ltd is seeking an ambitious and high-energy sales executive . The executive should be well organized & having Minimum one year of experience Preferably from BFSI sector working in Vadodara. And be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Job responsibilities are : Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business. Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish marketing goals. Understand client s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements. Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts. Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients. Conduct effective sales presentation for potential customers. Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc. Required Skills : Lead generation Cold Calling Product Presentation Convincing Skill Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales. Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and, social media tools ( LinkedIn, Twitter , Google+).
