Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment Support:
o Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and the company website.
o Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
o Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
o Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks.
· Onboarding:
o Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
o Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
o Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
· Employee Engagement:
o Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
o Gather feedback from employees on engagement initiatives.
· Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain and update employee records.
o Assist with HR documentation and filing.
o Support the HR team in various projects and tasks as needed.
