As an Inside Sales Engineer at Mango Semiconductors India Private Limited, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, managing a sales pipeline from start to finish, making outbound calls to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing proposals and contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities, as well as coordinate with the marketing team for lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional events. The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in Microsoft Office, exceptional written and communication skills, hands-on experience in daily MIS reports, and an analytical orientation. A preferred qualification would be a B. Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation, with 0-4 years of experience. This position offers huge learning potential due to the broad spectrum of industries and customer types catered to, as well as unparalleled Techno-Commercial exposure. You will also benefit from an attractive incentive structure, with top-performing inside sales engineers earning up to 20-25% of their monthly salary as incentives, in addition to the monthly salary.
