Stipend: ₹7,500 – ₹8,000 per month
Duration: Internship (Full-time, 6-12 months)

As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resource Management, including:
1) Assist in the recruitment and selection process – posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2) Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents.
3) Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
4) Maintain and update the HR database and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5) Support employee engagement initiatives – events, activities, and surveys.
6) Assist in training and development programs – scheduling, tracking, and follow-ups.
7) Help organize and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
8) Provide general administrative support to the HR team – handling files, emails, and calls.
1) Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
2) Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws is a plus.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5) Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
8) Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
