As an HR Intern at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will have the opportunity to be part of the Human Resource department for a period of 6 months. Your colleagues will support you during an intensive induction period to familiarize you with the processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with HR teams on various aspects of talent acquisition and management. - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination. - Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires. - Support HR operations and administration tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives. - Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and policies. - Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends. - Prepare and deliver HR-related presentations. - Gain hands-on experience in HR processes, including employee relations and performance management. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA with HR specialization, preferably with a B.Tech degree. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel. - Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with labor laws and statutory regulations is a plus. - Ability to analyze industry practices and propose best practices and recommendations. - Highly creative and innovative mindset.
